As the country started to come out of lockdown weddings were a bit thin on the ground. No only because most wedding couples chose to delay their special day, but also as the number of guests that were allowed at a wedding was reduced.
That didn’t stop this happy couple, and they were really happy, going ahead with their wedding. They had already had to postpone their wedding due to what was going on in the world, so when the opportunity came up they just leapt at the opportunity to get married and share their day with their family.
The venue for the wedding ceremony had changed to a local church, the Holy Trinity church in Drayton Parslow, which was only a few minutes walk up the road.
With all the wet weather that we were having Simon the vicar must have put in a good word because we were blessed with a day full of sunshine, the perfect weather for a wedding reception in the garden.
It was such a fantastic day and I wish Tabitha and George every happiness in their future together.
